Our small group classes keep our attendee to trainer ratio small, allowing us to introduce personalized modifications to increase/decrease exercise intensity for each individual.

Our flagship program for competitive athletes designed to build speed, power, agility, and resistance to injury. Science-based, sport-specific protocols are delivered in a small-group setting for maximum impact; testing before and after a training block validates results.

Developmentally appropriate training for younger athletes (7-11 years of age) who are not quite ready for the full Acceleration program. We emphasize teaching the elements of athleticism, helping to develop fundamental movement skills, strength, balance, and proprioception (body awareness) while emphasizing joint health and safety. The result is confident young athletes who are set up for success as they grow.

Full-body circuit training with elements of HIIT for adults looking to move better, get stronger, and stay healthy. All are welcome, regardless of fitness levels or ability; the small-group, trainer-led format allows us to customize workout to accommodate anyone within each class.

A serious knee injury can be devastating for athletes of any age. Missing a season is tough, but even worse is returning to play unprepared. Athletes who complete a post-surgery physical therapy program may not yet be ready for a return to full-speed play; our ACL Bridge program ‘bridges’ that gap. This individualized program includes regular evaluations to measure progress as athletes work to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, stability, and power so they can return to competition “better than new.”

Enhanced Training is made up of 30-minute small group training sessions for anyone who wants to improve their athletic skills, reduce injury risk, and/or enhance recovery. These sessions can be taken on their own, or added on to 60-minute training sessions. None of the Enhanced Training modules are metabolically taxing, so adding them to a routine doesn’t put anyone at risk of overuse injury. This also makes them ideal for athletes who are in-season and therefore already pushing their bodies to the limit. Modules include Functional Strength, Sensory, and Recovery.
